Handlebar brackets GPS 38,40,12,12CX und 12 XL. Simply place the GPS device onto the bracket, close the locking flap and tighten the knurled screw. The top holder is made of macrolon to avoid interference with the antenna signal. The device has been prepared to accommodate the power cable. The U-holder holds the connector in place.

This adapter system gives you the flexibility you need to mount any computer, route chart holders, gps systems. Up or down, forward or backward, this mount fits anywhere. Great for working with tapered bars and or steering stabilizers. Extremely adjustable, perfect for our Touratech GPS mounts.

Verticals are 2.7 inches long and can be cut shorter. Comes with 4.5 inch horizontal (as shown) and a 10 inch bar too. Please see "Larger Image" link, for dimensions.

The Motorcycle 12v Hardwire Kit, for GPS III, V, SP, SPIII, 176, 176C, 60, 76 includes these items:

• GPS Power cord
• Waterproof fuse holder
• 2A fuses plus a spare
• Dielectric grease
• Powercord end holder
• Battery terminals
• Splice connector for large fuseholder to small red wire

This kit contains everything you need to connect your GPS to your motorcycle and protect your connections from vibration: a 12V power cord (5.5 ft long), battery terminal connectors, a blade-type fuse kit with two 2A fuses, a cap for the plug, and a small container of dielectric grease.

This Cigarette Lighter Socket is good quality and includes a weatherproof cap, wiring with an inline fuse (and the cigarette lighter insert).

Note: For GPS use this is a great choice. Please see the instl photo. Drill the hole out a little to fit tightly on the G10085 powercord. Note that due to the small size, the ground wire must be soldered to the tab.

If your motorcycle doesn't have a BMW-type accessory socket or if you need an additional BMW socket this will allow you to attach one to the bike on any 7/8" or 1" bar (handlebars, frame, etc.). Kit comes with all mounting hardware and wiring to connect directly to the bike's 12v battery.

For flush-mount applications the plug can be removed from the plastic bracket and installed directly onto a panel, fairing section or flat surface with the proper size hole drilled out.

This is the correct socket to add to the bike if you need to plug in accessories with BMW-style plugs such as our CHALA lamps, heated vests or a battery charger. For attaching devices with a standard cigarette lighter plug use the 030-0017 adapter to plug into this BMW socket.
