TourTrek Day 3

On the last day, TourTrek GPS instructor Tom Myers led some of the participants on a scenic ride "thru" the cascade mountains of Washington.

Jerry Hackett cruises his R1100GS past burned trees on the Entiat Summit ridge road.

The group prepares at the entrance of the 2.6 mile abandoned train tunnel.

The second of two security doors, modified by local vandals. Pat Quinn takes advantage of their efforts and wiggles his R1100GS through with millimeters to spare.

Pat's PIAA lights made daylight out of an eerie situation.

Splashing past burned-out ruins inside the tunnel. The proverbial "light at the end of the tunnel" can be seen above and to the left of Jerry's helmet.

Reflective patches on Jerry's Aerostich suit blind the camera.
